Job summary

eClinicalWorks is seeking a Software Training Specialist to train client practices on the eCW software. Travel to client sites and deliver one-on-one coaching and classroom sessions are core responsibilities.

The role emphasizes clear communication, training delivery, and building workflow processes while becoming an eCW Certified Professional after initial training. This position offers extensive product training, incentives, travel opportunities, PTO, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS or IS; master’s preferred.
• 2–5 years in healthcare, preferably training/implementation of PM or EMR.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50–75% monthly.
• Remote regional base; time zone alignment at hire.
• Bi-lingual/multi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites and train end users on eCW software and related functions.
• Develop workflow processes and demonstrate software to clients.
• Provide coaching and training, escalate issues to PMs as needed.
• Prepare reports (checklists, expense reports) and document sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Software Training Specialist

Candidates that have Billing, ER & pharmacy experience highly preferred.

This position is responsible for providing training to our client practices that are using eCW Software. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a great communicator and fond of traveling. Special benefits are provided for this role that include additional time off for travel days, personal accrual of Airline and Hotel points and extensive training on eCW product, Incentives and more!

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites and train end users (doctors and clinical staff) on eCW software and ancillary functionalities via one-on-one coaching and classroom instruction
• Develop Workflow processes
• Demonstrate the software to client practice, make suggestions and provide training
• Communicate/escalate issues to Project Managers to promptly and effectively address issues
• Prepare various reports such as Checklist & Expense Report.
• Document all training sessions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science (CS) or Information Systems (IS). Master’s degree is preferred
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry, preferably in training and implementation of Project Management or EMR systems
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to travel an average of 50% - 75% per month to anywhere in the 50US states
• The candidate must be able to meet operational and logistical requirements associated with this role
• Remote - Regional home base Time zone needed at the time of hire

Compensation:

Salary Range - $60,000 - $70,000 USD

This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range above, exclusive of potential bonuses. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as professional background, skills, education, and experience.
