PACCAR Electronics is seeking an experienced ECU Test Engineer to validate ECU software via Hardware-in-the-Loop testing. You will partner with software, electrical, control, IT, and test teams to ensure high-quality validation, meet schedules, and optimize test coverage.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial experience, a technical degree, and willingness to travel up to 10%, including international. Strong communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant industrial experience.
• Willing to travel up to 10%, including international.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure full requirements coverage and high-quality software validation.
• Plan and manage testing activities within assigned domains, tracking progress and reporting status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including software development, electrical engineering, control system development, IT, and test engineering to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integration.
• Continuously enhance testing processes by increasing automation, improving test efficiency, and implementing best practices for quality assurance.
