PACCAR Electronics in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking an Associate ECU Test Engineer to validate ECU software via Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing. You will work with product teams to improve quality, coverage, and reliability, contributing to on-time program delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 10%, including internationally. PACCAR offers robust benefits and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure full requirements coverage and high-quality software validation.
Plan and manage testing activities within assigned domains, tracking progress and reporting status to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including software development, electrical engineering, control system development, IT, and test engineering—to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integration.
Continuously enhance testing processes by increasing automation, improving test efficiency, and implementing best practices for quality assurance.
