Spring Branch Independent School District seeks an Early Childhood Special Education teacher (ECSE) to lead instructional programs for students with significant needs. You will design and implement specialized lessons, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and staff to support each learner's goals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, a Texas teaching certificate or equivalent, and ESL certification within the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certificate or out-of-state certificate required.
• ESL Certification required within 1st year if not already obtained.
• Certification must meet federal/state requirements for qualification.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to district instructional philosophy and develop lesson plans aligned to curriculum.
• Prepare lessons with accommodations for diverse learning styles and TEA guidelines.
• Identify/evaluate learner competencies and write appropriate goals/objectives.
• Assist in developing/writing IEPs and monitor progress through data collection.
• Create a supportive classroom environment and maintain professional communications with families.
