Job summary

Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is seeking an ECSE Curriculum & Clinical Support Coordinator, BCBA. This role leads curriculum development for preschool special education, coaches ECSE teachers, and ensures instructional quality across classrooms.

The incumbent collaborates with LBSs, therapists, and program leadership to implement evidence-based practices. Independent contractor role with responsibility for delivering documentation, classroom observations, and program-improvement

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Special Education or related field and BCBA certification.
• Active Pennsylvania Special Education and Instructional Teaching Certifications.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing; LBS credential or eligibility.
• Minimum five years of experience in special education, with preschool focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development and alignment with state standards.
• Provide instructional coaching to ECSE teachers and staff.
• Conduct weekly classroom observations and deliver recommendations.
• Integrate ABA principles into educational programming and behavior supports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in planning meetings.
• Prepare quarterly educational quality reports and deliverables.
