Job summary

SESI (Specialized Education Services, Inc.) is seeking a BCBA to advance student outcomes in special and alternative education settings. You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized ABA-based services, monitor progress, and communicate with parents using our proven model.

Responsibilities include training school staff, conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, creating visual supports, and participating in IEP-related discussions; opportunities exist for

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in or graduating/graduated from an ABA program and eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
Experience with children/adolescents in a school setting preferred.
Proven ability with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
Facilitate family engagement (general training, newsletters, access to external supports).
Collaborate with external partners to support students, families and staff.
Observe students, analyze data, and conduct assessments to increase student success.
Write ABA reports based on observations and make recommendations to the educational team.
Create and model behavior programs/strategies in the school setting.
Develop materials (visual schedules, token boards, social stories) for classroom use.
Facilitate data collection to monitor student progress and develop behavior intervention plans.
