Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• CPR certification.
• 2–3 years of professional ASD experience in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proficiency in ABA methods and data-based decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based behavior programs and conducts assessments, acting as Assessor when needed.
• Conducts evaluations, case-management reviews, QA reviews, and audits.
• Leads staff meetings and develops/delivers training materials.
• Oversees performance, onboarding, and ongoing training for program associates.
• Collaborates with Regional Clinical Director and HR on recruitment/selection.
• Attends conferences/trainings to stay current with autism research and related fields.
• Serves as liaison between families, organizations, and community agencies; travels as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
