Job summary

Easter Seals is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / CBS-I to provide high-quality ABA services across home, center, and clinic settings. You will supervise behavior technicians, lead assessments, and coach families to implement effective interventions for children with developmental delays and ASD.

The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ongoing data-driven treatment planning, and participation in supervision and program development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with concentration in early childhood development/ABA or related field.
• Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Expertise in ABA methodologies and behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services and supervise a team of behavior technicians.
• Conduct functional analyses, assessments, and skill acquisition programs.
• Deliver caregiver/parent coaching and training for home and center settings.
• Maintain caseload with data collection, graphs, progress notes, and reports.
• Coordinate with Program Manager/Director and participate in supervision meetings.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual program reports and interagency collaborations.
