Job summary

Easterseals Southern California (ESSC) is seeking a senior ABA professional to supervise and enhance ABA programs for children with ASD. The role requires a Master’s in ABA and a BCBA certification, plus CPR, with 2–3 years’ ASD experience.

You will lead program teams, conduct evaluations, and ensure adherence to best practices. Under supervision, you’ll train staff, coordinate with families and community partners, and support QA processes while meeting productivity and program goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required and maintained.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience working with children with ASD in a multi-disciplinary setting.
• Expert knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ABA programs for assigned caseload and ensures quality implementation.
• Provides supervision and direction to program associates and staff.
• Delivers training and onboarding for new associates; maintains ongoing professional development.
• Engages in recruitment/selection in coordination with HR and regional directors.
• Travels up to 50% for regional program oversight and meetings.
