Job summary

New London-Spicer School District 345 is seeking an Early Childhood Special Education Coordinator (0.5 FTE) to oversee evaluation planning and due process supervision at Prairie Meadows Early Learning Center. The role requires coordinating the Assessment Team, guiding IEP/IFSP development, and supporting staff with evaluations.

You will manage ESY planning, collaborate with administrators and providers, and ensure accurate records and reporting while maintaining compliance with MN DOE rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education and ECSE teaching license.
• Minnesota ECSE Teaching License issued by PELSB.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Evaluation Team process and conduct components of evaluations.
• Serve as primary contact for parents during initial evaluations.
• Input into IEP/IFSP development for students.
• Coordinate ESY planning and programs.
• Oversee transportation and build special education operations.
• Maintain and share special education records and reports.
