Wood County is seeking an Economic Support Supervisor in Wisconsin to oversee the Northern Income Maintenance Consortium. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating eligibility determinations, and ensuring compliance with state and county policies.

The position reports to the Human Services Director and involves liaising with state agencies and community resources. The ideal candidate will have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and at least four years of economic support

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree related to Human Services is required.
• Four years’ economic support worker experience required.
• Must be willing to travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise economic support operation and administration across the Northern Income Maintenance Consortium.
• Coordinate determinations to establish client eligibility for programs such as Medicaid, childcare, energy assistance, MA, food share, GR, and more.
• Supervise staff activities; engage in hiring, discipline, and staff development; ensure policy compliance.
