Job summary

WinnCompanies’ Connected Communities is seeking a Program Lead, Economic Mobility to manage daily operations and contribute to the strategic growth of our economic mobility programs, with a focus on HUD Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS). Hybrid work: in-office 9–5, M–F, with remote Fridays, preferably Boston, MA.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus travel 1–2 times per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years relevant work experience required.
• Ability to travel 1–2 times per month across the portfolio.
• Proven data manipulation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of FSS and other programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot program operational issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with site teams, owners, and service providers.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, sites, and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, sanitize, store, and load program data; generate reports.
• Analyze data for insights and program evaluation.
• Research resources and best practices for FSS and mobility programs.
• Contribute to policy and procedural development.
