Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking an Economic Mobility Coordinator in Nashville to coach families toward income growth and employment stability. You will partner with workforce programs, facilitate workshops, and coordinate with support staff to integrate mobility goals into family plans.

The role emphasizes one-on-one coaching, data tracking in Salesforce, and referrals to training and employment opportunities within a culturally diverse community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field; comparable experience considered.
• 2–4 years in workforce development, employment or financial coaching.
• Knowledge of Nashville workforce landscape preferred.
• Training in Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and financial coaching preferred.
• Excellent group facilitation skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one economic mobility coaching with career goal setting and resume support.
• Coordinate with Prevention Coaches and case managers to align plans.
• Build relationships with workforce partners to expand opportunities.
• Make warm referrals to training and direct employment; follow up outcomes.
• Plan and facilitate workshops on job readiness, finance, digital literacy, benefits navigation.
• Track family progress on employment status, hours, wages, income growth.
• Enter data in Salesforce; maintain confidentiality; adhere to ethics.
