Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking a Program Supervisor, Economic Development to design and manage programs that build readiness across the service territory, aligning infrastructure planning with community needs and development opportunities.

You will collaborate with local governments, economic development organizations, developers, site selectors and internal partners to drive business attraction, expansion and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required (Business, Economic Development, Urban and Regional Planning, Engineering, GIS, Public Administration, Real Estate Development, Construction Management).
• Minimum five (5) or more years of relevant experience (economic development, site development, infrastructure, real estate).
• Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects and public-private partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement economic development programs to boost readiness, infrastructure and long-term growth.
• Partner with local governments, developers and organizations to advance initiatives.
• Lead programs to improve inventory and competitiveness of development-ready sites.
• Coordinate site readiness, due diligence and infrastructure planning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning and Operations to integrate infrastructure considerations.
• Identify and evaluate funding opportunities, grants and development programs.
• Maintain economic development intelligence and data resources for decision-making.
• Support inquiries, RFIs and RFPs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor performance and trends to enable continuous improvement.
