Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking a Program Supervisor, Economic Development to design and manage programs that boost site readiness, infrastructure preparedness, and growth across our service territory. You will collaborate with communities, developers, and internal teams to align strategies and funding opportunities for sustainable development.

You will lead initiatives to attract and grow business, coordinating with engineering, planning, and operations to integrate utility infrastructure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
5+ years of relevant experience in economic development or related fields.
Experience leading cross-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement economic development capacity-building programs and strategies.
Partner with governments, EDOs, developers, and stakeholders to advance initiatives.
Lead programs to improve inventory and competitiveness of development-ready sites.
Coordinate site readiness, due diligence, infrastructure planning, and development assessments.
Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Transmission, Operations and others to integrate infrastructure into planning.
Identify and evaluate funding opportunities, grants, and development programs.
Maintain economic development intelligence and data resources for strategic decisions.
Support inquiries, RFIs, and RFP responses with stakeholder engagement.
Monitor performance and trends to drive long-term planning.
