Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking a Program Supervisor, Economic Development to design and manage programs that strengthen readiness across our service territory. You will work with communities, economic development groups, developers, and internal partners to align infrastructure planning and funding opportunities for business attraction, expansion, and sustainable growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, plus strong stakeholder leadership and communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in one of the listed fields.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in economic development, community development, or site readiness.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects and public-private partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement economic development programs to improve readiness and growth.
• Collaborate with governments, ED organizations, developers, and stakeholders to advance initiatives.
• Lead programs to enhance inventory and competitiveness of development-ready sites.
• Coordinate site readiness, due diligence, infrastructure planning, and assessments.
• Integrate utility infrastructure considerations into development planning with partners.
• Identify funding opportunities, grants, and development programs to support growth.
• Maintain economic development intelligence and geographic data for decision-making.
• Support RFIs/RFPs and stakeholder engagement to aid project development.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve long-term competitiveness.
