Job summary

J.Crew is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Web Experience team, supporting delivery across browse, PDP, checkout, and payments for J.Crew.com. This entry-level role builds bench strength within a growing product organization, working with a Senior Product Manager and cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and QA.

The role is expected on-site Tuesday through Thursday, offering exposure to dynamic merchandising, payments integrations, and page redesigns, with

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution across active workstreams, including Dynamic Merchandising, Klarna, Stripe, PDP Reimagine, PLP Reimagine, and Social Landing Pages.
• Assist with backlog grooming, requirements writing, and sprint planning alongside senior product management.
• Coordinate QA cycles and help triage bugs and edge cases through to resolution.
• Partner with engineering to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Track initiative progress and help surface blockers early.
• Support post-launch analysis to help the team learn from experiments and releases.

J.Crew Group is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Web Experience product team, supporting delivery across browse, PDP, checkout, and payments for J.Crew.com. This is an entry-level role designed to build bench strength within a growing product organization, working closely with a Senior Product Manager and cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and QA. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field (internships considered)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with data to inform decisions
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
• Interest in ecommerce, retail, or digital experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
