Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Ecommerce Web Content Specialist to power web touchpoints for vehicle launches, software releases and campaigns. You will work in the CMS, translating briefs into live pages, and coordinating with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Sales to align with commercial goals.

You will manage end-to-end content workflows, ensure accessibility and SEO optimization, and contribute to testing and iterative improvements with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in web content production, ecommerce or SEO content execution.
• End-to-end web content workflows from planning to QA and publication.
• Experience with Contentful CMS, content models, localization, publishing.
• Strong on-page SEO fundamentals and emerging AEO trends.
• Comfort editing HTML/CSS and responsive, accessible design.
• Meticulous attention to detail across copy, layout, links and search.
• Experience with GA4/Adobe Analytics and A/B testing workflows preferred.
• Familiarity with Search Console and web crawlers preferred.
• Experience working from Figma files and briefs with high fidelity.

Responsibilities

• End to End Launch Planning Support with marketing, design, and digital product teams.
• CMS implementation of campaign landing pages, OTA releases, and modules in Contentful.
• Apply HTML/CSS within CMS to deliver accessible, mobile-friendly pages.
• SEO and AEO optimization including metadata, headings, links, alt text.
• Visual QA and pre-launch testing across devices, browsers, and staging.
• Configure and deploy A/B test variants in the CMS and analyze results.
• Manage publishing dependencies, staging, and entry states for campaigns.
• Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.
