Job summary

Rivian seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Communications & Website Design to lead end-to-end digital campaigns and web initiatives. You will drive scalable processes for an enhanced digital user experience and clear field messaging, coordinating across design, development, and content teams.

You will apply a data-driven approach with creative strategy to manage key web projects, refine content workflows, and deliver impactful communications across Rivian’s digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management and/or Marketing.
• High proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and familiarity with CMS and web analytics.
• Experience in creative operations, digital media, or web design workflows is a strong plus.
• Dynamic and resourceful leader with sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap & Execution: Create, document, and maintain roadmaps for digital communications and website design projects.
• Program Governance: Achieve program objectives within scope, schedule, and budget defined by stakeholders.
• Web Design & UX Operations: Coordinate web design life cycles with UI/UX designers, developers, and content creators.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Develop clear project plans and manage risk while maintaining schedules.
• System Expertise: Become expert in Rivian CMS, digital asset tools, and analytics platforms to streamline workflows.
• Strategic Support: Guide executive leadership with qualitative and quantitative data for prioritization.
• Executive Reporting: Advise on campaign performance and site health metrics with corrective actions when needed.
