Job summary

Glassworks London seeks an hands-on Ecommerce Trading & Site Operations Manager to optimise how our Shopify Plus store trades, converts and guides customer journeys across markets. You will drive product data, collections, navigation, merchandising, onsite trading, reporting, CRO and app integrations with brand approval required for major changes.

The role is full-time and remote, with overlap with UK hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify Plus and ecommerce trading
• Strong merchandising and product data management
• Ability to drive conversion rate optimisation and customer journeys
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (GA4) and CRO tools

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Shopify Plus trading and site execution.
• Improve homepage, collection, product and promotional visibility.
• Enhance product setup, tagging, categorisation, filtering and merchandising logic.
• Build collection structures around key customer moments and occasions.
• Improve product discovery via navigation, filters, search and related products.
• Monitor ecommerce funnel metrics (sessions, conversion, AOV, revenue).
• Use Shopify analytics, GA4, Google Search Console and app reporting.
