Steinhafels Furniture seeks an Ecommerce Product Manager to lead the website as the operational head, defining and executing a roadmap that enhances UX, increases conversions, and grows revenue. You will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, IT, and external Shopify developers to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2C ecommerce environment.
• Hands-on experience configuring Shopify is a plus.
• Proficiency in GA4 and heatmapping tools and split-testing methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specs and design informed UX.

Responsabilités

• Define, manage, and execute the product roadmap for the B2C site, balancing quick wins with long-term initiatives.
• Own ecommerce performance and set priorities based on revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and customer behavior.
• Provide guidance to Ecommerce team and related departments to align roles and responsibilities.
• Establish testing and optimization strategy using data to prioritize opportunities and measure results.
• Oversee tech stack including theme architecture, apps, integrations (ERP/CRM), and merchandising tools.
