Job summary

Tuckernuck is seeking a Product Management Intern to support the digital product experience, optimize site functionality, and improve the end-to-end customer journey. The role offers exposure to marketing, merchandising, planning, and operations while developing skills in product operations and customer experience.

Ideal candidates are proactive and organized, thriving in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication across teams. Compensation is $18 per hour, part-time non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a full-time bachelor's program during the term immediately before the internship.
• Retail or ecommerce experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technology, Logistics, Buying, Planning, Merchandising, and Marketing to drive operational improvements
• Assist with vendor relations, A/B testing, POS enhancements, documentation, international business, user acceptance testing, etc.
• Develop a comprehensive end-of-internship presentation highlighting insights, learnings, and recommendations
• Support day-to-day product operations and administrative tasks as needed
• Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements and user feedback
• Shadow product managers and cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success
• Observe and participate in product planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings
