Job summary

Tuckernuck is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end checkout and post-purchase experience, from cart through delivery. You will lead discovery to launch and ongoing optimization with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless order experiences.

The role requires 3-5 years in product management, strong communication, and a customer-obsessed mindset, balancing business goals with user needs and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience.
• History of managing complex projects with attention to quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication with collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the checkout and post-purchase roadmap, including checkout flow, payments, order management, returns, exchanges, and tracking.
• Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution to improve conversion and payment success rates.
• Identify friction points across checkout and post-purchase journeys and drive solutions.
• Manage features end-to-end from intake through launch with requirements and QA/testing.
• Partner with Engineering, CX, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless order lifecycle experiences.
• Act as customer advocate using data, feedback, and support insights to inform prioritization.
