• 4–7+ years of experience in performance marketing or client-facing roles.
• Strong experience with Google Ads for ecommerce brands, including Search, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Background in an agency, consulting, or performance-driven environment.
• Proven ability to scale accounts while maintaining or improving efficiency.
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and full-funnel strategy.
• Ability to translate performance metrics into business insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead strategic conversations.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
