Mirasma in Miami is seeking a senior Paid Media / Performance Marketing leader to provide strategic oversight for high-spend ecommerce accounts. You will audit, diagnose health, and set direction while delegating execution to Media Buyers.

You will review Search, PMax, Shopping, and Demand Gen holistically, coach buyers, and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. 6+ years of Google Ads leadership and a proven track record of scale-vs-efficiency decisions are required.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years managing Google Ads for ecommerce
• Experience at high monthly spend levels ($500k+/month)
• 1+ years of client-facing experience
• Deep expertise across Search, PMax, Shopping, and Demand Gen
• Ability to make scale-vs-efficiency tradeoffs under budget pressure
• Holistic account assessment across portfolio
• Strong bias toward new customer acquisition
• Experience auditing others’ accounts
• Comfort delegating to Media Buyers
• Strong attribution knowledge
• Clear communicator to buyers and clients

Aufgaben

• Run weekly/bi-weekly mini-audits across high-spend ecommerce accounts, reviewing budget allocation, campaign structure, bidding strategy, and creative/feed health
• Identify misallocated spend, underperforming segments, zero-conversion waste, and missed reallocation opportunities
• Flag account risks before they become client-facing problems
• Determine when to pivot toward scale vs efficiency across accounts
• Evaluate the full campaign mix (Search, PMax, Shopping, Demand Gen) holistically
• Push accounts toward genuine new customer acquisition
• Set quarter-over-quarter and month-over-month strategic priorities for each account
• Advise on Search, PMax, Shopping, and Demand Gen strategy and budget shifts
• Monitor daily pacing and coordinate with Media Buyer on pivots
• Delegate reporting and routine optimization to Media Buyers; review output
• Coach Media Buyers on execution quality and skill gaps
• Translate strategy into actionable direction for the Media Buyer
• Communicate strategic rationale to internal stakeholders and clients
• Collaborate with attribution resources to ground decisions in data
• Assist Account Director in client-facing materials and presentations
• Support client meetings with account-level detail and tactical answers
