Mirasma is seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager in Miami to execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, Performance Max and Display for ecommerce brands.

You will translate strategy into scalable campaigns, work under the Digital Strategist, and collaborate with creative, CRO, and funnel teams to drive CPA, ROAS and conversion growth. This is a full-time, Miami-based role with hybrid flexibility and a data-driven, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with ecommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Ads across Search, YouTube, Performance Max and Display.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action.

• Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Display.
