Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist for our distribution/fulfillment team. This role focuses on accurate order picking, packing, and efficient movement of product through the fulfillment process in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse tech. Weekend/hours may be required, with emphasis on safety and productivity while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds; capable of climbing mezzanine.
• Customer service focus and accuracy in order picking.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and packing to fulfill guest orders.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and meet productivity standards.
• Travel between warehouses as needed.
• Assist with order induction and special projects as assigned.
