Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Kearney, Nebraska is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to support our online fulfillment operations.

This role blends generalist warehouse duties with specialization in Order Picker or Packer/Shipper, delivering accurate order fulfillment and timely service to guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, consistently attend shifts on time, use RF scanners and computer systems, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–2 years related experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick product for guest orders or transfers to other store locations.
• Maintain an acceptable volume of production and accurate item picking into the correct order tote.
• Use computer systems, Bluetooth and RF scanners and other warehouse technologies.
• Induct product into auto-folder/bagger system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and replenish supplies as needed.
• Functions may vary based on scheduled shift and in-person attendance is required.
• Assist with moving product through the warehouse and complete audits verifying storage bin location and contents.
• May travel between warehouses during shift to meet business needs.
• Fulfill mission by delivering high-level customer service and supporting a positive team spirit.
