Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring an Ecommerce Generalist to perform core warehouse tasks for the Ecommerce channel. You will unpack, process, pick orders and ship merchandise from Buckle’s Distribution Center and retail stores, and handle recalled items for vendors or redistribution.

Shifts are Monday–Friday with flexibility and some Saturdays. You will use computer systems, Bluetooth and RF scanners to manage inventory, with emphasis on accuracy, safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

• Must maintain accurate work and quality.
• Demonstrates reliable punctuality and attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer systems, Bluetooth and RF scanners in the warehouse.
• Unpack merchandise and audit contents for inventory, verify quality and salability.
• Package or repack items and apply price tickets or stickers as needed.
• Assist with induction of product into the auto bagger system.
• Assist with product induction from Distribution Center into Ecommerce fulfilment system.
• Locate and pick all items for guest orders or transfers between stores.
• Perform blind audits to verify storage bin locations and contents.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and replenish supplies.
• Attend in person to complete duties; may travel between warehouses as needed.
• Fulfill duties with strong customer service and team spirit.
