Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Specialist I to unpack, process, pick and ship merchandise for store replenishment.

The role includes transferring and processing items, operating RF scanners and label printers, and ensuring accuracy in inventory and shipping. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience), with forklift certification if operating a forklift and a valid driver’s license if required for company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Forklift certification is required if forklift is used.
• Valid driver’s license if required to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, process, pick and ship merchandise to retail stores.
• Transfer and processing of merchandise.
• Operate transfer cart moving freight to processing areas.
• Perform quality assurance review of inbound product for counts and discrepancies.
• Resolve and document mistakes on freight cartons and vendor discrepancies.
• Operate label printers, hand-held tagging guns and RF scanners.
• Fulfill duties in distribution or online fulfillment warehouses; may travel between warehouses.
