Job summary

Brooklinen is seeking an organized Operations Associate to support day-to-day B2C order processing, inventory reporting, and post-purchase workflows. You’ll help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

In this role you’ll gain exposure to ERP systems, 3PL coordination, and fulfillment workflows, collaborating across teams to drive data accuracy, issue resolution, and operational improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, supply chain, retail, or e-commerce.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data cleanup).
• Exposure to WMS or OMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily order flow across channels.
• Update and reconcile order data in ERP.
• Investigate shipment delays and address issues.
• Support 3PL calls and post-purchase issue resolution.
• Maintain inventory reporting and documentation.
• Assist in process documentation and improvements.
