This leader will drive cross-functional initiatives, partner with the executive team, and build high-performing teams to execute strategic priorities.

The role requires 15+ years in senior ops leadership, a calm, decisive leadership style, and a track record of scaling operations in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in senior operations leadership roles, ideally at SVP level.
• Proven ability to lead multiple operations functions (ops, tech, supply chain, enterprise execution).
• Strong execution muscle and ability to translate strategy into action under pressure.
• Experience scaling operations in a growing, complex organization.
• Calm, trusted leadership with clear communication and cross-functional trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics and fulfillment operations through next phase of growth with speed and reliability.
• Oversee enterprise execution with clear ownership, sequencing, and accountability.
• Own IT and systems infrastructure roadmap to ensure scalable, secure operations.
• Partner with CEO and ELT to manage progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to operational workflows.
