Job summary

You will work on cloud-native microservices on AWS, integrate Shopify/NetSuite, and drive event-driven architectures with data pipelines to Snowflake for analytics. Strong collaboration with engineering, data, and enterprise teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native microservices on AWS and iPaaS to support enterprise integrations and APIs.
• Write production-grade software in Java, Kotlin, and/or Python.
• Architect event-driven and asynchronous systems using messaging/streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Apply distributed systems and integration patterns to build resilient services.
• Design API-first services for commerce, data, and enterprise consumers.
• Create reliable data pipelines to centralize data for analytics in Snowflake.
• Deeply integrate Shopify and NetSuite with custom services and Shopify Functions.
• Collaborate with marketing/product to integrate customer engagement tools.
• Emphasize observability, fault tolerance, security, and operational excellence.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in design, code quality, and reliability.
