• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules.
• Train associates on e-Commerce roles and responsibilities.
• Lead the planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Monitor and control expenses; ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures.
• Provide feedback to leadership on operational effectiveness.
