Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in the USA is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to hunt new Ecommerce customers and grow key accounts across the United States. You will manage opportunities from prospecting to closure, collaborating with product, operations, and pricing to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic account planning, cross-selling within existing customers, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience selling logistics/Ecommerce/parcel/fulfillment solutions is preferred.
• CRM experience and pipeline management are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ecommerce key accounts within an assigned portfolio and maintain strong customer relationships to promote retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within existing Ecommerce accounts.
• Understand customer supply chain requirements, including peak season planning, order fulfillment, parcel logistics, last-mile delivery, cross-border transportation, and returns management.
• Design and present customized Ecommerce logistics solutions addressing business objectives and operational challenges.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new Ecommerce business opportunities through outbound activities and referrals.
