Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking a National Account Management Representative, Ecommerce — USA, to hunt new Ecommerce customers and grow existing key accounts across the United States. You will promote tailored logistics solutions across parcel, fulfillment, cross-border, and returns while managing external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business, logistics, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum four years in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience selling logistics, ecommerce, or cross-border solutions preferred.
• CRM experience and pipeline management must-have.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ecommerce key accounts and maintain strong relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Develop strategic account plans to expand services and revenue.
• Understand customer supply chain needs including peak season planning and returns.
• Design and present customized Ecommerce logistics solutions aligned with objectives.
• Prospect, qualify and develop new Ecommerce opportunities via outbound activities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service solutions per company policy.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Service and Pricing teams.
• Participate in RFQs, RFPs, tenders and customer implementations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customers, pipeline and activity.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Travel as needed for meetings and events.
