Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics USA is seeking a National Account Management Representative focused on hunting new Ecommerce key accounts across the United States while managing and growing existing relationships. You will promote tailored ecommerce logistics services and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver value.

The role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with a track record in sales of logistics or Ecommerce solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, account management or business development.
• Experience selling logistics, freight or Ecommerce solutions preferred.
• CRM experience and pipeline management required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ecommerce key accounts within an assigned portfolio and maintain strong customer relationships to promote retention and revenue.
• Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Understand customer supply chain requirements, including peak seasons, order fulfillment and returns.
• Design and present customized Ecommerce logistics solutions addressing business objectives.
• Prospect, qualify and develop new Ecommerce business opportunities through outbound activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor sales performance and pipeline.
