Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in the United States seeks a National Account Management Representative for Ecommerce to hunt new key Ecommerce customers—online retailers, marketplaces, and D2C brands—while cultivating and growing relationships with existing accounts.

You will design tailored Ecommerce logistics solutions (parcel, last-mile, fulfillment, cross-border, returns) and lead strategic planning, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to win and retain business.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business/admin/logistics or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum four years in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience selling logistics, ecommerce, or supply chain solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ecommerce key accounts within an assigned portfolio and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
• Understand customer supply chain requirements including peak season planning and returns management.
• Design and present customized Ecommerce logistics solutions addressing business objectives.
• Prospect and develop new Ecommerce opportunities through outbound activities and referrals.
• Negotiate pricing and service solutions aligned with profitability goals.
• Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and pricing teams to build competitive proposals.
• Participate in RFQs/RFPs and customer implementation activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor sales performance against targets.
