Job summary

L’AGENCE in the Los Angeles area seeks an Ecommerce Coordinator to run day-to-day site operations: product setup, catalog accuracy, inventory visibility, and content readiness across ecommerce channels. You’ll work closely with the Senior Merchandiser, marketing, CRM, and operations.

The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, QA, and ongoing site merchandising updates, with opportunities to support campaigns and product reviews.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of ecommerce, merchandising, or catalog management experience in fashion or apparel.
• High attention to detail and strong organization across multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort with product data and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with Shopify and a product information system (PIM).
• Clear written communication and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage product import and maintenance, including specifications, updates, and imagery coordination.
• Set up and maintain seasonal product catalogs, including attributes, imagery, pricing, and categorization.
• Maintain the master product attribute list across internal and external systems.
• Run daily QA checks on product accuracy, availability, and site presentation.
