Million Dollar Baby Co. is hiring for a Site Merchandising & Content role in Los Angeles. You will manage updates, product setup, and merchandising to keep a polished storefront and ensure brand consistency across imagery and copy.

Develop a content calendar for promotions and site updates, prioritizing updates by impact and relevance to customers. You will optimize product detail pages, navigation, homepage, search, and personalization, using data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ecommerce and managing digital storefronts.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and GA4.
• Experience with Salsify or another PXM platform.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana or Notion.
• Deep understanding of customer journey across touchpoints.
• Strong visual sense and attention to brand representation.
• Strong QA skills to ensure assets meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage site updates, product setup, and merchandising to maintain a polished storefront.
• Optimize navigation, pages, and content to improve shopping experience and performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams for launches and promos.
• Support SEO initiatives and publishing of blog content.
• Use data to guide decisions and prioritize work across channels.
