This role plays a vital part in maintaining a seamless shopping experience for our customers while supporting cross-functional teams with product launches, visual merchandising, and ongoing website maintenance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Online Store Management:

  • Oversee daily management and presentation of the e-commerce site to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.
  • Test and troubleshoot site pages, product links, and forms regularly to identify and resolve errors.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure product and promotional updates are timely and error-free.
  • Partner with external developers on new feature rollouts, bug fixes, and backend improvements, and client-facing refinements.
  • Manage and maintain Klaviyo email flows and automations, monitor overall health, growth, and effectiveness of Lostine’s email communication strategy.
  • Support product photography reshoots by flagging underperforming items and coordinating image updates.
  • Update homepage and collection header images seasonally or as needed.
  • Curate and reorganize product collections to align with sales goals, launches, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize visual storytelling and merchandising strategy to support conversion.
  • Write all product copy for online listings and informational pages.
  • Collaborate with the team(s) to brainstorm layouts, design enhancements, and photography.
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve e-commerce-related issues (e.g., wrong images, incorrect inventory).
  • Assist and support our sister companies, RTO Lighting and NPage studio, across projects and tasks of varying scope: product launches, bug fixes, merchandising, UX improvements.

Data Entry & Inventory Monitoring:

  • Create and maintain accurate product page listings and data, including pricing, tags, dimensions, specs, weights, copy, photography, and availability.
  • Monitor stock levels and flag out-of-stock or discontinued items for removal or updates.
  • Assist in uploading and formatting new product listings, including imagery, product copy, and metadata.
  • Ensure all product listings meet internal standards for accuracy and presentation.
  • Manage timely setup of new launches and seasonal refreshes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Assist with monthly reporting on key e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, top sellers, abandoned cart data).
  • Help interpret analytics to identify low-performing pages, broken links, or customer drop-off points.
  • Research and test layout enhancements that retain user attention, drive clicks, and convert.
  • Occasionally QA the site as if you’re a shopper: looking for friction, confusion, or outdated assets.
  • Track product page performance and adjust merchandising based on user behavior.
  • Optimize product titles, tags, and alt text to improve search visibility and SEO performance.
  • Monitor internal site search trends to understand what customers are looking for and adjust listings accordingly.
  • Research and implement new apps, programs, and Shopify platform enhancements.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfort with e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is required).
  • Comfort with email campaign platforms (Klaviyo experience preferred).
  • Eye for design and layout; experience working with product imagery is helpful.
