Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and guiding on member service, ensuring issues are resolved per guidelines.
• Oversee Sam's Club ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), audit online feedback, and escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Provide training and resources to meet store associate needs and ensure coverage at the ecommerce pickup location.
• Update Club operations with KPIs, audit customer orders for accuracy, and monitor CPU performance and staffing.
