Job summary

Sam's Club Beavercreek location is seeking a dedicated associate to supervise team members, manage daily tasks, and support ecommerce services such as Club Pick Up. You will ensure member needs are met, maintain store presentation, and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervision of associates by assigning duties and guiding on processes and member service.
• Oversee Club Pick Up and Ship From Club ecommerce programs; audit online feedback and resolve issues.
• Provide member service by identifying member needs and guiding self-service options.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation following company policies; handle claims and returns as needed.
• Lead and participate in teams, communicate goals, and drive improvements using available metrics.
