Job summary

Sam’s Club is seeking a full-time team member in Beavercreek, OH to supervise associates, support ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), and ensure efficient club operations. You’ll audit orders, assist customers, and help maintain merchandising standards while upholding safety and policy compliance.

You will participate in staffing, training, and performance feedback, driving KPI attainment and a focus on member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates in assigned area with duties, feedback, and guidance; supports club ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), audits customer feedback, and resolves issues; updates operations with KPIs and ensures CPU coverage and performance; provides member service, helps with self-service tech and product decisions; maintains sales floor and merchandise displays, handles claims and pricing, and ensures policy compliance.
• Oversees club pickup order picking and staging, ensures proper staffing, and communicates goals; participates in process improvement projects and tracks results; fosters a culture of integrity and customer focus.
