• Resolves member issues and concerns and guides on self-service technology.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Follows safety standards, reports unsafe situations, and preserves a safe shopping environment.
• Maintains paperwork, logs, and required documentation; assists with training of Frontline Services associates.
• Delivers new programs rollout training and ongoing process improvements.
• Zones and organizes merchandise and assists members with transporting items.
• Assists with securing Sam's Club assets and observing for potential criminal activity.
