Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Weare seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the digital operations for our growing electronics arbitrage business based in the Kenilworth, New Jersey area. In this lead position, you will take complete ownership of our online sales channels, driving growth, optimizing listings, and managing the entire profit and loss statement for our eCommerce division. You will oversee everything from product sourcing and market research to paid advertising, search optimization, and performance reporting. If you possess a deep understanding of the online resale landscape and a proven track record of scaling digital storefronts, we want to hear from you.

Lead & Develop Team:

• Train, mentor, and coach team members.
• Conduct performance reviews & address performance gaps.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.

Drive E-commerce Success:

• Optimize product listings across all marketplaces.
