Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Ecommerce Manager to join a growing team in Brooklyn, NY. This role is ideal for someone who can own day-to-day ecommerce execution across multiple platforms, think like a business owner, and keep channels running smoothly while supporting broader growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast-moving, and confident managing platform operations with minimal oversight. This is a high-ownership opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving execution, and supporting the success of a fast-paced ecommerce business.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day Amazon operations, including listing health, content quality, catalog maintenance, and case management
  • Manage inventory coordination and support FBA and FBM operations
  • Monitor reviews, support brand protection efforts, and manage promotions, deals, and pricing updates
  • Track Seller Central reporting and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, restocks, and content updates
  • Monitor and resolve day-to-day issues across additional ecommerce platforms including Walmart, TikTok Shop, and direct-to-consumer channels
  • Maintain platform compliance and ensure listings remain optimized and current
  • Track channel-level KPIs and identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities
  • Triage and respond to platform emails, partner inquiries, and vendor communications
  • Handle routine correspondence independently and elevate only when necessary
  • Maintain organized records of issues, communications, and resolutionsPartner with buying, creative, content, and marketing teams to support channel growth and execution
  • Attend internal meetings and help support team operations as needed
  • Assist with onboarding and supporting junior team members or contractors as the team grows
  • Execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches across ecommerce platforms
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience with significant Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon operations, including listings, cases, FBA, and account management
  • Experience managing or supporting multiple ecommerce channels at the same time
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify problems and solve them proactively
  • Comfortable pulling, interpreting, and acting on channel performance metrics
  • Experience with Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or direct-to-consumer platforms is preferred
  • Familiarity with ecommerce advertising is a plus
  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or consumer goods is preferred
  • Background working alongside or reporting to a senior ecommerce leader is a plus
  • Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountability
  • Calm, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure
