Job summary

Colsafety is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist in Houston to manage B2C product listings, optimize the purchase funnel, and fine-tune onsite search and merchandising.

You will work with Go-to-Market, Creative Operations, and Sales to deliver high-quality leads, monitor performance, and translate data into site improvements and better customer experiences. This role reports to Alex Lloyd in Marketing and is full-time.

Qualifications

• Manage product listings on all B2C websites (add, edit, remove).
• Develop strategic plans for onsite search, promotions, SEO, and CRO.
• Monitor performance metrics, sales, listings, and pricing.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities in products and site performance issues.
• Optimize feeds to key 3rd party sites (Google, Microsoft, Meta).
• Work with Go-to-Market, Creative Ops, and Sales to deliver high quality leads.

Responsibilities

• Operate B2C websites and manage the assortment.
• Collaborate with teams to implement promotions and content.
• Report on KPIs and drive conversion improvements.
• Coordinate technical site improvements with IT.
• Monitor onsite search performance and merchandising.
• Ensure data-driven optimization across channels.
