Job summary

GME Supply in Houston, TX is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to manage the B2C product catalog, optimize the purchase funnel, and continuously improve onsite search and merchandising.

You will collaborate with Go-to-Market, Creative Operations, and Sales to execute promotions, analyze performance, and translate data-driven insights into site improvements that boost conversions and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on all B2C websites (add, edit, remove)
• Develop strategic plans for leveraging B2C sites, with a focus on onsite Search, promotional execution, organic search ranking improvements, and conversion rate optimization
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing
• Use data to identify opportunities in products, services, and any site performance issues to resolve them accordingly
• Optimize feeds to key 3rd party sites (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Meta)
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market Team, Creative Operations, and Sales to optimize content, execute promotions, and deliver high quality leads
• Identify and prioritize website improvement requirements to IT for site enhancements

The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for operating the B2C websites including managing the assortment (add, remove, edit), optimizing the purchase & checkout funnels, monitoring & updating onsite search, merchandising, and recommending data & customer-based optimizations.
