Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• Seven or more years of ecommerce, digital growth, or digital merchandising experience.
• Hands-on experience managing a Shopify storefront.
• Proficiency with GA4 and ecommerce analytics.
• Strong knowledge of digital merchandising, promotions, and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce revenue, conversion, online customer experience, and overall website performance.
• Develop and manage the ecommerce roadmap with priorities, timelines, performance goals, testing plans, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate promotions, launches, and product presentations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Merchandising, Buying, Operations, IT.
• Ensure site structure, content, and merchandising align with inventories.
